Our large open plan restaurant is open 365 day of the year providing the air-conditioned comfort of indoor dining or refreshing outdoor dining options. Serving up a buffet of options for breakfast and dinner along with various crib meal options, our restaurant provides a comfortable and fulfilling dining experience for everyone.
Central to your dining experience is our Food Philosophy – We aim to provide a wide variety of meals from the best prepared and freshest ingredients available.
Our supply chain is short. We source our entire product range from approved local suppliers throughout Central Queensland. This give use the best opportunity to regularly meet with our suppliers to discuss our specific needs whilst ensuring we get the best quality ingredients available.
As well as a wide variety of main courses including vegan and vegetarian options, vegetables and salads, we also provide a range of hot and cold deserts, beverages and fresh fruit.
Our simple approach to quality service begins our friendly, professional hospitality team. Wherever possible, we employ people from our local community and provide on-the- job training and mentoring.
To cater for the needs of our guests, our restaurant is B.Y.O. and open as follows:
